A beautiful handtied shower bouquet. The slow down bouquet is made from eucalyptus, lavender, lemon balm and has a small organza bag of dried camomile. This bouquet placed in the shower behind the shower head is designed to give you a blend of fragrances to relax and encourage sleep. 
 
To get best results from your bouquet pop it in a plastic bag and roll a few times with a rolling pin to slightly crush the leaves encouraging them to release their fragrances. Once the bouquet is placed in the shower, turn the taps on to max temperature for a minute or two before reducing the temperature and stepping into the shower. The hot temperature will again encourage fragrance release.
